Peter Sibilia is internationally renowned and respected interior designer and art director in NYC for over 20 years, designing some of NYC’s hottest lounges, hotels, celebs homes as well as styling for photoshoots and television. Featured in Page 6 of the Post, New York Times Style Section, Elle and numerous other periodicals, Sibilia became a celebrity in his own right. As a NYC nightlife personality, he established close relationships with some of the industries top photographers, agents, casting directors, film producers and fashion designers over his long career. These friendships and contacts allow him to get his talent seen and taken seriously. .

After leaving the Soho Grand, Kelley translated these specialized skill-sets to the luxury travel business, booking celebrity getaways and private travel accommodations to some of the most exclusive spots in the world.  Now she and the love of her life span the globe seeking and the best of the best. Kelly Cutrone, ( a long time friend) Fashion Guru, owner of Peoples Revolution Public Relations, author, and TV host, ( True Life, The Hills, Kell On Earth and judge on America's Top Model) has graciously  joined Xtalent’s team of Advisors. Courtney Stone 

Courtney Stone is currently the Operations Director of NYC’s OMA. She was signed to Ford Models and has done numerous beauty campaigns and editorial. With a keen understanding of the numerous hurdles young models face in this very competitive industry, Courtney developed some unique skill sets on how best to navigate the World of Fashion with all its ups and downs. We are thrilled to have her onboard X-talent’s Board of Advisors!

BELINDA BECKER

Recently profiled in Vogue Italia and The New York Times, Belinda Becker is a DJ, dancer, writer and actor.  Originally from Kingston, Jamaica, Belinda is well known on the NYC DJ scene and has been inducted into Paper Magazine’s New York Nightlife Hall Of Fame. She has spun at such venues as Nell’s, La Esquina, and Joe’s Pub. Having returned earlier this year from a residency at Indochine in Dubai, Belinda presently has a weekly residency at Dumbo House.

The Witching Hours is a monthly music/talk show airing Wednesdays, 2-4 pm on Soho Radio. Each month, Belinda will take her listeners on an eclectic musical journey through genres and countries. On some shows, she will interview movers and shakers in the music and art world.

Peter Davis was born and raised in Manhattan. He was the Senior Editor and a monthly columnist for Paper before becoming the Features Director of The Daily Front Rowand then the Editor in Chief of Avenue. He was the founder and Editor in Chief of Observer Media's SCENE Magazine. He also created 57 Newspaper, a bespoke oversize glossy marketing luxury apartments on 57th Street. Most recently he was the Editor in Chief of L'Officiel before founding Culture Counsel, a marketing and media agency.


His articles on fashion, design, celebrity, travel and society scandals have been published in The New York Times, Vanity Fair, The Wall Street Journal, Vogue, The Daily Beastand many other publications. He scripted and produced numerous video profiles for Vogue Italia and created and produced the "You Should Know" series on the website Guest of a Guest. He has also created specialized content for Mac Cosmetics, Ralph Lauren, Douglas Elliman, FlyXO, 53W53/Above MoMa, Express, Shape House and Swipecast, to name a few. .

George Wayne is the Guru of not just New York’s Pop Culture, but pretty much any major city around the globe. His beat is celebrity culture and the whirl of fashion, music, and style. His regaled and legendary celebrity interviews for Vanity Fair for almost 25 years has set a new standard for the art of the interview. So much so that the iconic publishing house HarperCollins will be publishing what the writer calls a ''quasi-memoir'' and what will be a thorough and original compendium of his many legendary interviews for Vanity Fair.

Ben Watts

Benjamin Oliver Anthony Watts is a British-born photographer based in New York City. He started his photographic career in Australia first working as a photographer's assistant, but soon taking on commissions of his own, shooting for Australian ELLE and VOGUE, among others. Fascinated by American Hip Hop culture, he came to New York in 1990 and started documenting urban youth, hitting the streets and clubs of the city in an attempt to capture his subjects on film. He moved to New York in 1995 and shot advertising campaigns for NIKE, Kodak, Sony Music and Polo Ralph Lauren to name a few. He is a regular contributor to numerous magazines including New York Times Magazine, GQ, Rolling Stone, Tokion, Detour, Esquire and has also been published in Vanity Fair, Harper's Bazaar, Travel & Leisure, among others. Moiz Alladina is a New York-based hairstylist. Moiz trained at the prestigious Vidal Sassoon Salon under the artistic director Ingrid Reinhardt and specializes in wavy, sexy textured styles. He has collaborated on major campaigns for Redken, Dior Perfume, Clinique, Nicole Miller, and La Mer and has worked with notable celebrities including Susan Sarandon, Hilary Swank, Gwyneth Paltrow, Debbie Harry, and Johnny Depp. His work has been featured in publications such as Vogue, Numero, Glamour, Harper’s Bazaar, and ELLE.

Dyan O'Connor

Super Model, Dyan O’Connor, is no stranger to celebrity. The goddaughter of Graeme Edge from the Moody Blues, Dyan spent much of her childhood in the company of Rock n Roll Legends. This amazing relationship guided the path of her career to present day. Thomas Concordia is a world-renowned photographer, videographer, and creative director with three decades of experience in the fashion and beauty industry.

He began his professional career shooting European designer collections for Saks Fifth Avenue. He currently travels between New York, Paris, Milan, and Tokyo shooting runway shows, collections, and editorial assignments. 

Concordia’s photographs have been featured in publications including Vogue, W, WWD, Elle, style.com, In Style, Harper’s Bazaar, Marie Claire, and Getty Images..

Michael Morrissey

Michael Morrissey is a writer, director, and producer, known for the award-winning film Boy Wonder (2010). Morrissey's first feature film Boy Wonder was released to rave reviews, including a four and a half star rating from the late Roger Ebert. A life-long fan of comics and graphic novels, Morrissey's filmmaking exhibits a gritty, noir style with a quick-paced tempo propelling the action. His new film “ The Girl Who Got Away” Michaels latest thriller, has been heralded for its plot twists and sophisticated story telling. Morrissey is also the founder and president of Boy Wonder Productions. Based out of Brooklyn, New York, Boy Wonder Productions specializes in the development and production of scripted and non-scripted entertainment. With the creation of his full-service media company, Morrissey has produced over 100 hours of television programming.

 Erik Swain

 Erik Swain is a cinematographer based in New York that grew up a competitive surfer on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, Australia.  At fourteen he discovered a collection of black and white photos taken by his father that instantly inspired him to take photos himself.  Combining his passion for surfing and with his new interest, Erik began shooting other surfers and less than two years later he had his first photo published in one of Australia's biggest surfing magazine.

     In 1998 Erik moved to New York City to study and work with some of the best fashion photographers in the business, including Bruce Weber, David Bailey, David Sims and Steven Klein.  After several years shooting fashion himself for magazines including Arena Homme +, Details and V, he discovered that his true love comes from the moving image and storytelling.  Therefor a progression to cinematography has been a natural and fulfilling one..

LAUREN B MARTIN

Lauren B. Martin is an American actor, voice artist, writer, director, perhaps best known for her powerful work on the long-running CBS series “As the World Turns,” as breast cancer survivor “Camille Bennet.” A familiar face to network television audiences, Lauren’s diverse television appearances also include characters on “Another World,” “All My Children,” “Cosby,” “Law & Order,” “Unforgettable,” and “The Blacklist,” among others. Lauren has also been on the front line of digital and streaming entertainment, winning multiple awards in for her roles as an ambitious woman determined to improve her circumstances in the Amazon Prime Video series “Asunder,” and a grieving mother on the groundbreaking, Emmy-winning digital series “Anacostia,” along with several nominations for her leading comic turn as faded television star Laney Oliver on “Reality Sets In,” now streaming on Amazon Prime Video.

Christian Castagno

Christian Castagno is a Grammy-award winning musician and producer based in Minca, Colombia. Christian returned to Brooklyn, New York in the late 1980’s and was fortunate to be mentored by Walter Sear before beginning his own studio in Brooklyn. Although he is known for pop and dance music production, his career has spanned a wide range of music and sound, from experimental jazz projects, folkloric and Indigenous music, video and post production, scoring for film and theatre to electronic music and dj’ing. Christian has synthesized his experience of learning from the world of analog music production with his continued passion for applying new technologies and innovative approaches to music, performance and composition. He currently lives in La Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta with his wife and two sons where he continues to work on a diverse range of music and projects.
